Bob Marley Vs Lee Scratch Perry oleh Upsetters direkam pada tahun 1970 dan awalnya dirilis menjadi sebuah LP (piringan hitam) pada masa waktu dulu, sebuah rekaman Soul Rebels dan Soul Revolution. Bob Marley dibilang banyak menyentuh jiwa dalam aspek kehidupan dan berbagai pembawaannya seperti ide perdamaian pemikiran yang membawa damai perasaan dalam ikatan golongan persaudaraan dan pemikiran-pemikirannya menyentuh, reggae membawa damai kepada masyarakat sedangkan perasaan nya ada pada setiap pecinta musik reggae dengan jiwa keutuhan terhadap musik jah. The Clash diakui Lee Scratch Perry seperti halnya Bob dan Upsetters yang kepopulerannya didahului Waillers yang telah popouler semenjak dahulu. Rekamannya memang masih tergantung dari era perkembangan musik dari reggae psychedelic musik Lee Scratch Perry yang diproduksi sampai masuk kedalam pengaruh aliran pada Hendrix dan Sly dan Family Stone. Tahun 1970 - 1971 The Best of Upsetters lagu - lagu terbaik yang pernah ada dibawakan dan diciptakan oleh mereka The Clash, Lee Perry sampai nama-nama produser tebaik yang pernah merekam didalam lagu-lagu di kompilasi ini.
